Now the color question is answered, I can tell what this thing is capable of. You can play games! Ok that's not much, but the way how you can play is great. It has two displays: one common and one touchscreen. So you can use the stylus to interact with the games. The DS also provides Wifi access to the games.
And there are a lot of games which uses these feature quite well. Currently I own 3 games. The best of them is Bomberman DS. You remember Bomberman? Some little guys move on a grid and try to blast walls and enemies with their bombs?! I'll provide a review for this great game...
Bit by bit the good old Gameboy feeling is coming back...

My sister got one for christmas and i think its great, it has everything she'd want as an 11 year old and everything id want as a 17 year old, also, my dad even enjoys it and hes 53!

Nintendo DS is a good gaming console but if you ask me to bet on then i'd rather put my money on sony psp than the Nintendo DS. the main reason behind this is that it has got a huge library of games than the DS.

I got the pink one a while ago and I love it. I just wish my hubby would get off his ass and get me a Wii.
I think Sony PSP is better than Nintendo DS for it has a large library of games for it as compared to the library of DS.
Bomberman!!! You drive me back to my child hood. This was my favorite game. I used to play it all day long :)

Man I have ALWAYS wanted to try a DS but i haven't had the chance yet... I don't know anyone with one, I'm going to buy one soon though for sure...
Gosh do I remember Bomberman, thats an old school game. I have been playing the DS a little bit here and there, my little brother has one and it seems pretty cool.
My big brother has a Ds , i have my PSP. But to tell you the truth i find the PSP more parctical than the PSP, anyway this is the case for me. And i bought it at a really very cheap price compared to my borthers DS.
I'll go for sony handheld products.
If you like Nintendo, then you MUST try some games from Xbox360. That is something completely different, the experience totally worths the money you pay for it.

I like Nintendo, and i also do agree with u man!! pink is gurly, black is good also white is not bad, i can say that u have a nice choice. and i had a blue Nintendo but i broke that.
They are brilliant bits of kit. Ive been addicted to the brain training for ages - although im not sure that it's making me any smarter =)

I'd reccommend Picross DS. It's kept me gripped for hours. Oh, and 42 All Time Classics.
Bomberman is also my favorite game and I'm still playing it until now in my PSP
